It offers a gourmet cold meal delivered in the day and kept in your refrigerator. Two formulas to choose from: starter – dish – cheese – dessert. Meat or fish.

All dishes are made with local seasonal products. They are delivered in eco-friendly recyclable or biodegradable packaging.

Antoinette’s project is an ecological project with wooden constructions of high environmental quality. The map of the Biological Champagnes is in the same spirit. Antoinette has selected for you champagnes developed with the greatest respect for nature.

Organic viticulture is a mode of production that respects, maintains and improves the earth, preserves the quality of water and promotes biodiversity.
By paying particular attention to the life of soil micro-organisms, the winemaker promotes the rooting of the vine and consequently the expression of terroirs in the wine. These organic Champagnes are typical, racy and very expressive in the mouth.

Some of them are raised in biodynamia:

The biodynamic considers that the plant, the soil and the earth are an ecosystem, which is to ensure balance. It translates into practices that tend to abolish any synthetic product, the tillage with a horse and the application of solar and lunar calendars. During the winemaking process, racking, filtration and bottling only take place on a downhill moon, as it promotes the aromatic expression of the wine.

You will find in this selection of wines from small producers, wine growers cooperators and independent winemakers. Certain cuvees from a blend of three grape varieties, reserve vintages, Blanc de Blanc 100% Chardonnay grand cru, natural vintages, zero dosage, and vintage cuvees from 2008 to 2013.
